The pool area of the villa is sheltered and not visible from the outside. The owner of the villa is not responsible for the appearance of the pool area caused by third parties (drone flying, parachute and plane passing, etc.). In addition, it cannot be guaranteed that every corner in the garden area of the villa will not be 100% visible. Privacy is guaranteed only for the pool and sunbathing areas. In all our villas; The entrance time to the villa on the first day is 16:00 in the afternoon at the earliest, and the departure time from the villa on the last day is 10:00 in the morning. Cleaning and necessary controls are carried out in the time period in between. We would like you to know that if you arrive at the villa earlier than your check-in time, we will not be able to assist you. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa. Electricity usage, water usage, cylinder gas usage, entrance cleaning, pool maintenance and garden maintenance are included in the prices, transportation service, extra bed, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases etc., holiday and health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. The villa is delivered to you clean and it is cleaned once a week, if you want extra cleaning, it is subject to a fee. At the entrance of the villa, 1000 Turkish Liras or equivalent Euros, American Dollars or British Pounds must be paid by the villa owner as broken, trashed, damaged, lost, lost etc. It is taken as a refundable deposit (guarantee) for the situations, if there is no problem, it is delivered back to you at the exit of the villa. Due to the geographical location of the region, it consists of settlement units located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas. Our villas are regularly sprayed against insects and pests. However, since our villas outside the center are generally located inside the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (butterfly, fly, insect, bee, etc.).
